Privacy notice

This MVP demonstrates privacy-by-design controls. Before launch, the LCDA must publish a controller-approved notice defining lawful bases, purposes, recipients, retention periods, data-subject rights and the Data Protection Officer’s contact details under applicable Nigerian law.

Public information

Published property verification status, address, commercial occupant information and approved business directory details may be public.

Restricted information

Residential tenant identities, contact details, identity and title documents, financial information, agreements and dispute evidence require explicit authorization and are never exposed through public API routes.
